Opened in April 2005, everything but the girl very quickly seemed like a familiar place to shop and hang out. Thanks to the support of our family, friends and the local arts community, "ebtg" has earned a real name for itself.

Introduced in July 2007, EBTG has a groovy collection of vintage clothing and accessories being offered to its customers.
It is true that owner Laura Daniel Gale was inspired to name the shop after her and her husband's favorite band, English pop duo Everything but the Girl. Since that group took its name from a shop in England, it seemed appropriate to make it a shop again! So if you were thinking "That name sounds familiar," that is why!
